Trade Show Results
process begins with selecting the right show. Ask a lot of questions
of the people who are sponsoring
the show. They are there to answer all your questions and encourage
you to exhibit there.
next step is exhibit booth preparation. Perhaps you have an exhibit
booth and a lot of show Experience.
That gives you a great advantage. If not, then you can either purchase
or rent an exhibit booth. Get going on this well in advance of show
time. Also, have the exhibit set up prior to
the show so as to allow time for any necessary changes in time for
the show. Remember, a trade show exhibit is similar to a web site
in that you have to draw attention with impact quickly or potential
customers will move on.
forget your pre show promoting as well as your post show follow
up. Also whatís your special offer at the show? If itís a discounted
price it should be a very discounted price. What else can you offer
that is truly special from the standpoint of people stopping at
for the next show begins at the show you are doing now. Make notes
before you dismantle your booth and finalize those notes the very
next day. What worked? What went well?
did not? What do you want to do differently at the next show? By
doing this now, you are bound to maximize results at your next show.
